"On June 22nd, 2024, the Institute of Intrapreneurship Management and Human Resource Development and Professionals (IIHP) hosted a grand ceremony at the prestigious Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
The 11th Conference/Induction/Award Conferment Ceremony & 4th Mandatory Continuous Administrative Training and Workshop was a resounding success, as IIHP conferred doctoral fellowship awards on several distinguished individuals and intrapreneurs. This esteemed recognition honors their outstanding achievements, innovative spirit, and tireless dedication to creating a positive impact in Nigeria and beyond.
In his welcome address, Chief Registrar of IIHP, Dr Obanla Adebayo Bankole FIIHP, appreciates distinguished guests, esteemed honorees, respected colleagues, and fellow professionals who made it to the venue despite their busy schedule.
He said "The 11th Conference/Induction/Award Conferment Ceremony & 4th Mandatory Continuous Administrative Training and Workshop, hosted by the Institute of Intrapreneurship Management and Human Resource Development and Professionals (IIHP), was to celebrate the remarkable achievements of individuals who have made significant contributions to the fields of intrapreneurship, human resource development, and professional excellence.
As the Chief Registrar of IIHP, I am delighted to see so many distinguished individuals and entrepreneurs gathered in one place. Your presence here today is a testament to the importance of recognizing and celebrating excellence in our communities.

In his keynote address, IIHP International President, Prof. Abiodun Amuda-kannike SAN, FIIHP, emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership in driving Nigeria's development and prosperity.

The moderators of the event are: Dr Ola Olusegun Oyedele FIIHP, IIHP, Vice President (Academics), and Dr Mrs.Victoria Obanla, FIIHP,

The ceremony was attended by dignitaries, business leaders, and academics, who gathered to celebrate the achievements of these exceptional individuals.
However, the 12th Institute of Intrapreneurship Management and Human Resource Development and Professionals(IIHP)
Conference/ Induction/ Award Conferment Ceremony has been scheduled for 23rd November, 2024 at same Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State.
The awards ceremony was followed by a reception and networking session, where guests had the opportunity to mingle and congratulate the honorees.
